Okay I kinda feel daft asking but I don't know what fabrics are called and how to match them. The only one I know and can match is silk.

Since I am unable to go to the fabric shop and touch the fabric I think will be good enough for cosplay (cus thats what I do!)

I have to buy off ebay.

So any help or ideas for what Material I could use for the blue fabric in this image:

Because it's so fitted I'd suggest some kind of lycra or other stretch fabric - pop "stretch" into your search and limit it to fabrics and see what comes up, you can get a variety of fabrics with stretch to them and it's personal preference as to what texture you fancy.
