I'm not asking anyone to commission anything yet...just want to get a rough idea of how much it'd cost to get this cosplay commissioned by someone.

I am looking to do Irene Adler from the Sherlock Holmes movie for the October MCM Expo in London this year. I am thinking about attempting the dress myself, but I have no experience with sowing at all. So this is practically a death wish, haha!

Now, what I would like commissioned;
Irene's dress, her overcoat (which is the dark velvet coat found in ref 3) and her hat.
I'm a /bit/ of a perfectionist, so if I decide to get someone to commission it, I'd ask that you send me pictures regularly so I can give you feedback etc etc.
