I think it was Yuka that organised the previous cosplay chess events, so asking her might be your best bet. It seems to have been very sucessfull before, so i'm sure people would want to see it again.

I'd really like to give it a go this time around. Sometimes my shyness gets the better of me but I'm getting there!

Usually by now people have submitted their applications to run events, usually to the events organiser, Aura.
I can't see Yuka on the members page yet, either. Maybe drop her a message to see if she's going?

Wow really? Thats not really whats going on so can you not act like you know her reasons for whether she decides to go, or not go to Amecon.

Um, what?? I've never said this anywhere. Japan Expo and thus ECG is in July, which is before AmeCon, I haven't made any statements about whether I'm going to AmeCon or not.


Also, just so you know, I'm representing the UK in ECG with dahlia, Nomes is the solo entry.

Scouring the lists for Amecon and I was disappointed to not see you on there, then I remembered ECG and put two and two together.

It would be unfair for me assume it anyway that you two weren't going let alone Nomes, and I didn't want to say you were going in case it caused Angina or any other stress related pressure

Yeah, you have the option to hide your membership on the membership page for Amecon when you register - so someone not being on the list doesn't mean they haven't registered. Just so you know in case there were other peeps you were looking for on there. I always choose to hide my membership due to my career - I don't want randoms googling my name (which is unusual) and finding it on various con membership lists!

Any updates on this at all? A thread on Ame Forums reminded me of this.
