So i went to my first ever expo last weekend and LOVED it, in my first ever cosplay which i bought (bwahahaha) and i decided i'd LOVE to go again but make my own cosplay. I'm keen on the idea of the courtesan from assassins creed, and i wondered if anyone had an experience in making it/patterns etc and would be able to tell me where to start, what's the best materials and how much it might approximately cost (£)?
Thank you!

Best thing when it comes to materials is just go straight to a material shop and have a look and feel around (i know that sounds a bit weird xD) for them. Take a reference picture with you and even ask the people working there. I've never been to a material shop where the workers weren't lovely and helpful =D Ask them about patterns too because they normally have a few books in there and could suggest a few. I know that's not a lot of help, sorry! >.< x __________________ |
