Ok, I've been wondering how to finish off with a Banette costume. I have pretty much everything easy to access except for the tail and the lock of 'hair' that sticks out at the back. Help would be nice.

Do you have a reference picture? And is it just the tail and hair that you're unsure about how to do?

For the tail the way I would do it is either shaped and padded fabric or make a fur bunny type tail and spike the fur into the spikes.
For the hair bit I'd be looking at getting about 500-700g of wefts and making the tail then gelling the tip into the zig zag shape.
Easiest way to do it would be to get a wig in the right shade really.
