I'm planning on cosplaying Zero from Code Geass for October Expo 2012 this year so I'm wanting to start working on my cosplay A.S.A.P , my only problem is that I can't find any websites that make the cosplay just right so I decided I'm going to make it myself !

If anyone could help me out with patterns, tips etc. on how I could make this cosplay that would be great thanks. x

I plan to make his bodysuit and his cape, then i'll work out what i'll do with the helmet seperately, although if you have tips I could use for making the helmet too that'd be great .

well, for the helm i would use grid wire and faom board. it makes great metal like objects, and there are tons of videos of it on youtube.
