Hi i've had hawkeye pland for a while i can see if i can get that done in time for this

As my costume plans have been changed due to the house move I've just done being more exhausting than I thought I'm happy to go with either Fri or Sat. Sat might be a good day as Hawkeye is going to be my only completely new build. I much prefer to wear new builds on the Sat. I would be interested in running him in the masquerade if anyone else wants to form a group entry or something. I currently do have a place but the costume I had planned for it may not be finished in time so I am happy to change it (plus add peeps if they want to join). Let me know asap so I can send the revised masq form. ^^.

Can't wait for the Marvel fun times.

I'm planning on Saturday now too, I agree on the whole new builds/main projects on saturdays too. I tend to think of it as the main day and then fri/sun for easier more relaxing costumes.

I've entered Cap into the Ame Comp, and am going to enter the Masquerade, I know Moonlily and Nocturnal-blossom are joining me, but if others want to that's great! (I can add you too Sephirayne if you want?)

Unfortunately my friend had to drop her Tony Stark due to time and money restrictions, and I'm not 100% what she's doing instead.

I can swap Hawkeye for Friday or Saturday, maybe try 'liaise' with the Amecon thread here see if any others can catch on. All sounding good so far though

As kirokitsune hinted I've moved Bruce to Saturday now. ^^ Can't wait for all the avenger-ness though! And i'm basically done now.

So do we know what time roughly on the Saturday the meet is?

@KiroKitsune - Yay! for possible locations.

We may have a slight snag for the masquerade. If I remember rightly there is a limit on how many we can have in a group on stage at any one time (I'm guessing due to the way it runs over three rooms). So I have kept my place so that we can split the group over the two places. Not sure how best to split the characters (thoughts are you, Ellie and myself in one as the three characters do have a couple of fight scenes together, plus, Hawkeye's connection with Black Widow). Its up to you. I can try and see if my place can be moved next to yours in the line up. I do have limited net access at the moment so you many need to check with the cosplay team.

If there isn't a limit then yay! I will need to know either way so I can give the cosplay team plenty of notice to change anything. Drop me a text or something ^^.

Really looking forward to the awesome. My Hawkeye is well on its way to being built. My wig is finished and I'm working on the props. Not had chance to post progress as my net access is currently very limited at the moment after my house move.

I know I'm not involved in the masquerade, but I did read through the information when I was considering signing up myself-

they do say that if you have a large group they'll arrange you in sets one after the other.

[also any updates on when and where the meet is would be great so me and Black Widow (previously Lady Thor due to a day-swap for costumes) will be able to find you all!]

That sounds like a great plan. I think I'm listed with Jibsy's group so I think I'll just stick with that. My solo place has been cancelled as it was adding to the confusion. Best that we sort it out of the day ^^.

Moonlily, you can come be Zomboi and my mind slave or something and we'll ask to be placed right after kirokitsune, Nocturnal Blossom and Sephirayne? I think it'll be a bit of a pain for Ilpala and co if we're not at least semi-sorted out, we can always switch who's in what specific group/order, but just as long as all of us are deffo registered.

We will have a Tony Stark but he won't be in the masquearde. He would like to be part of the photoshoot and I was wondering has there been a time set for that?

Well I believe the masquerade briefing is at 1pm until 1.30pm and then masquerade entrants need to arrive at 3pm before the masquerade.

So either, the masqueraders meet at 1pm and we all meet up at 1.30pm, but the group activities would absolutely need to be all sorted and done by 3pm (and it'd leave less time for lunch, etc. and it's not a great plan to faint in the masquerade) and then the masqueraders go to the masquerade.

Or, possibly a more sensible idea would be for everyone to meet up at about 11am, then there's plenty of time for photos and hijinks, then the masqueraders go to the briefing and whoever wants to go get lunch afterwards could have magical Avengers adventure lunchtimes together, then the masqueraders go on to the masquerade "lounge".

Unfortunately I've only ever been to 1 Amecon before and it was at the old venue, so as to location I'm not sure, except that we can't use Keele Hall on the Saturday as there's a wedding on. Though judging from Nert's map the Chapel, whatever the clocky building is in the middle, Lindsey Halls or the woods (I like the woods) would be good?

So... how does outside the Chancellor's building at 11am, moving onto a proper photo location at 11.30am in case of stragglers sound?

Hey guys, only just saw this!
On Saturday/Saturday night, one of my friends is doing a ball version of Loki, another is doing Lolita Loki and I have a Lady Loki costume, am hoping we'll be able to come and find this group!

I think 1:30pm on saturday sounds great for the shoot!

I have asked a friend to take the photos, MadameLapin, as she takes some great photos.
After looking at Nert's photo location map I spotted an awesome location for the shoot.

The Dorothy Hodgkinson (I think that's what its called) has a great city style feel to it and I think would be perfect for Avengers. There was a Durarara shoot there at the last Amecon and it looks awesome! (in fact it was your group Moonlily wasn't it?)
