I know this is a tad late, as it's getting closer to May Expo but the last 3 costumes I've sewn myself have literally been so bad I can't wear them.
(I have no idea why I've suddenly started to make really crappy things... )

But yes, if possible I'd like to get the top/neck and arm pieces of this cosplay commissioned:

I've researched into fabrics, because I was going to make it myself, but I'm scared to now as I've messed up so many.
I thought of Cotton and fake velvet (real is too expensive lol) and then interfacing for the collar and arm pieces

I'm willing to pay up to £80 if anyone is willing to make it.
