Ok, now I've gotton the help I need for Arwen's coronation banner, I now need help for making the thing it hangs on.
Can't provide reference, on my phone right now ^^;
It needs to be made of something lightweight since I have arms like pipecleaners :o Never really made any prop before so help me out here :3
