Wow what an event, This years October Expo Masquerade saw some of the most astounding costumes yet seen on the Expo stage. Thank you to everyone who took part and made it what it was. With 7 months until the next Expo I’m sure you can all help make next May even better!

This Octobers event was generously sponsored by Ubisoft, Manga. Fox and KOEI, a huge thank you to them for the prize support!

I was voldo in the sunday masquerade, and we didn't rehearse any of what we were doing at all. But I've been told by people I looked really creepy, so I want to see for myself.

Especially the crab. I want to see how effective that looked because I was practically blind in there with no idea if people were enjoying it.

kyaaaaaaaah! sands, your orochi was amazing. i wish i could have seen it properly. i saw you around, but every time i went to go over and say hi and compliment you on your costume, either we were mobbed by people wanting photos, or you were mobbed by people wanting photos!

Also to the hellsing/steam punk group- thank you for being awesome! Loved the alucard dog shoulder, and your Sir hellsing was really really pretty.

Also, the steam punk made me want to do our own group next time. We've got something big planned for the saturday, but steam punk on the sunday sounds like an awesome plan. Though what I have in mind may be a bit too dangerous for stage.

The Al was amazing- I was in voldo (which didn't get picture requests that often) so I got to talk to you properly. I'm sorry you missed the nightmare on saturday- it's a bit broken now so matt's probably not going to wear it again unfortunately (Especially for me, that thing took AGES).

Latex seems a good way to go in the future- at least then it's more flexible and less likely to snap...

I filmed the masquerade on saturday, though my camera battery cut out after the Dante and Trish, and it's probably shaky 'coz I was standing the whole time and my arm started killing me. I'll upload it as soon as I find my firewire cable ^^

The still pics of Steam Punk will be up with in a few days once they approve them for public use.
