Anyone ever brought Angel wings before?
I was wondering if anyone got any trustworthy sites they have brought them from.

On ebay it seems all white wings are bad or very expensive!

Help Please.

I'd be interested to know this as well. Ideally, I'd like to make my own, but if I run out of time it'd be good to know somewhere reputable I could get some from.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but it's evident that your fantasies are completely incoherent.

My sister got a pair of black ones from ebay for about £7.99 (not p&p) and can be seen here.

She says she took ages finding them, literally hours.

If you can, try a local fancy dress shop (or a joke shop with fancy dress). Some do wings, and others will allow you to order them in.

Unfortunately it's a case of deal with the cheap, fork out the cash, or do the time. It just depends which is more bearable to swallow, especially when it comes to large wings.

I've opted for commissioning a pair, but rather than going to the established makers who are very expensive, try doing some research into those who may have made some for personal projects. They may not be as expensive as those in comparison to Yaya Han ($100 for one small pair?!) See if they can give you a lower price, and explain your situation. Of course it's only fair that you cover the costs, but really its down to them how much their time is worth. If it doesn't work out the first time around, try again! It really can't hurt. Just keep in mind the different qualities that commissioners will give. Dont be afraid to say 'can I get back to you on it?'

There are a lot of tutorials out there, but making wings is time consuming business AND expensive to get the right amount of feathers, and the right kinds. Think about it, birds have many kinds of feathers. So you'll have to calculate how many 'flats' and 'rounds' you'll need. Futhermore, if you want the right colours, you may have to invest more time in dyeing them, waiting for them to dry, and then glueing them into place.

So unfortunately it's not too much help, but here's hoping everyone gets their wings!

I guess it depends what kind of wings you're looking for, colour shape size! all this depends on cost e.c.t but if you're willing to make you're own PM me and i can give you all my research that might help you from my current project?
