I am making a Lulu from FFX cosplay for a Con soon, and i need her hair sticks, necklaces and earrings (EARRINGS HAVE TO BE CLIP ON) I need the done fairly soon and can pay now i just need a price quote first.

It depends how much time and money that you have on your hands, but if you're really struggling I did find this individual on esty who sells the necklaces and the hairsticks separately or in bundles. Unfortunately the earrings aren't clip on (I feel your pain! I dont have pierced ears either!)

They're pretty pricey, so it might be worth seeing if you could make the necklaces yourself and just get the hair sticks?
