Hello! I'm trying to get sponsors for a Great Wall of China Challenge I will be doing in August, and my friend Pickles of doom came up with the idea of having an Alice in wonderland themed tea party in march (March Hare, geddit? )

So this is a little thread just to see what kind of numbers of cosplayers would be interested in attending such a party, and also if anyone could blag free stuff (venues, food etc) for it (it is for charity after all!).

So put a little post to say if you like the idea, and where would be a good general location to hold it -I'm thinking London, but I thought Brighton might be a good place too

I was hoping to find a venue, but I guess if we must it can be done in a park, couldn't it? But a venue would be more appropriate for food and such.

It would be lovely to have tea party picnic! I guess you'd still need permission to have an event though, possbily? Would certainly be cheaper than a venue, not sure if we'd find one easily for free especially in london.
