I have finally been going through my photos and uploading them on here but some of them won't load when I try and enlarge them on the costume page. I have made them smaller but it still doesn't work.

How do I make sure all of my photos work on my page? Thanks

This is one of the costumes where the pictures wont load
it's the one labeled Ellone With A Chocobo 1. Thanks as I would like to get all of them to work ^_^

Looks like it's having issues with the & in the filename.. doh!

In the meantime if you want to upload it without any symbols in the filename that it's likely to trip over (especially %s) it should work as normal!

don't worry, I have been having problems with uploading certain photos.

We're working on the fix, but yes it is just the special characters like & or % in the filename that's causing the problem. If you rename the file and upload it again that's a work around for now.



What kind of errors are you getting or in what way is it not working?

This should now be fixed!
New images will be stripped of special characters when loaded from now on and old images with '&' in the file name should now display properly.

There are a small number of existing images with other problem special characters which will be cleaned up over the coming weeks.

do you know why?

Are you able to attach the image you're having trouble with and send it through to please? We can take a look at what's happening a bit better
