The entrance hall where the ticket desk, cash machine and que lines are and the con room where the stages and stalls and other things are (there might be a food hall can't quite remember). now i suggest we meet in the entrance hall where the cosplayers hang out. at the stone seating place near the steps. if you like i could make a sign saying "loners group" and hang around the meeting area (wherever we decide) at 1pm as long as this doesnt clash with guest signings.

I only have my London Expo experience with the ExCel. Yeah, a sign which reads "CI Loners Group" would be good and also be quite amusing.
