It's not bulking I am worried about the now dude. I got the bulk just need to get serious on the fat stripping. I am trying to eat four apples a day but fuck me everytime my bro gets home pizzas are ordered lol

I wouldn't worry about the apples. If you want to get ripped you need to work out hard, and diet hard.

You need to overhaul your diet, get a heavy low GI carby breakfast, cut out all carbs after midday and eat as much veg and lean meat as you can.

Drink a lot of green tea, and consume omega 3/fatty acids. You'll need good fats in your diet.

Workout wise you need to push moderatley heavy weights, about 80% of your one rep max and push it till the lactic acid gets going. Say if you only can deadlift 100kg in one rep, put it to 80 and try to get at least 8 reps out. Mix it up, and use dynamic stuff like medicine balls and kettlebells.

If you struggle, look into the p90x training plan. It's tough at first but it's what I do and it's pretty decent for getting ripped. My genetics make me a hardgainer so I'm trying for bulk, and p90x keeps me pretty trim. Youtube the results, shows you what you can do in one month.

You'll also have to say no to certain food, specifically those pizzas. The Mens Health Website is really good for information on losing weight, and have some articles on how certain people have done it.

But if you do what p90x tells you, you'll raise your metabolism and you don't have to diet as hard.

Damn you for Gadot. I'm tempted to bring Rygdea back..

And Jae is right. It's hard to stay on the regime though.

No to complex carbs, and yes to anything that doesn't look white except Chicken and Pork.

Diet wise, Omega 3 and Fibre is the way to go, since all that you're doing is definition and toning. So not so much on the heavier reps, but more outlasting them. See how many rep sets you can achieve whilst on a circuit. I'm not a major gym goer though. A Pragmatic approach to a man on the go would be wise.


Anyhu.... I think you'll be ok. Knowing you- just focus on the washboard abs and everything else follows suit

All I gota do is lose the fat man. I am already a tank. I know how to train all I gota do is start cutting out shit. This time of year its quite hard though but I am trying my best. I might get some alli for the xmas period.
