Hey folks, I am planning Frau Bow and Emma Sheen cosplays for 2012, from Gundam UC:

I was wondering if people had any tips for getting that bouffant 80s-style bob using a wig? Emma's is less boofy compared to Frau Bow's, but I think both will need a bit of puffing up.

Carefully crimping/backcombing the under-layers of the wig will help, and leaving the top layers as-is so you can smooth them over the style. And hairspray. Lots and lots of hairspray. ^___^

Maz, my advice? Make cute faces at Shane and offer to take him for dinner. ;P
