I hope so, from what I've seen of the previous Round Ups it looks like you get a character from every game at least for 1 day! I look forward to a Dissidia group

The survey's done, but just in case my e-mail address is

Good luck with this! I found him such a pain in the backside (ironically) to do. The shoulders and his upper half were such a nightmare!!!

Thank you!
You've cosplayed him eh? Did you make the costume too? That's the road I'm going down so I can enter into the Masquerade.
It is a bit of a pain. But the worst parts to try and figure out for me are the boots and codpiece surprisingly. The boots are too tall to try and make all in one so I have to try all sorts to get them right~
And the codpiece is a risky thing because of course it has to be... reliable in a certain sense, especially for the male Kuja cosplayer!

That made me laugh right hard and out loud on a train lol! Reliable definitely, some would say you'd have to strap it on good and tight lol. Nothing like the worry of your goods being on show to frighten the shit out of you in a Cosplay HAHAHHAHAHAHAH!

Seriously wasn't an issue. I made the boots in one piece following a non-stretch boot cover tutorial on here and a few on deviantart. The codpiece/array was easier. All i did was make the front out of a section of course suede and shaped using stitching. The back part was some stretch cotton i had for the lining of the butt skirt. Underneath I wore some undies that tucked EVERYTHING. It's only a problem if you don't consider sitting and movement. I spent 2 years thinking this through. My next one is going to be even worse! His next variant is practically the same!
The only thing i'd say watch out for is the shaping of the collars and the top coat. The sleeves need to be puff but I didn't have sufficient lining or something underneath to give them the fullness they needed. That said avoid shiny fabric like the plague! They show up ALL the mistakes!

All this for just a codpiece....The wonders of being Kuja lol It's a good tech, might use technique for Kefka when I get the chance! lol

Oh ... Just a putting it out there, Any Seifer or Fujin Cosplayers out there for Kitacon?

I shall do my best to get Faris done for the Amano group. I think my motivation and enthusiasm just perked up!
This evening I happened to buy three scarves, a pair of boots and a pair of gloves.

Next, I need to get black dye to freshen up the dress I am turning into the coat, and then do all the modifications. Then...um...then the armour will.....make me shout expletives repetitively.

I can't wait! This is gonna look sweet! Don't spare any details, I'm already enjoying the coat

Heh, good~
Oh yeah definitely! Can't be having that happening on the Masquerade if I get into it, I don't think the judges would be too happy about it! lol

Ahh I see, glad you managed to do those parts without the hassle they're giving me
Like Manticore said, sounds like a good strategy you have for making it anyway, I'll keep it in mind too. Oh yeah definitely, the ONLY bits I plan to have shiny are the gold edges of the clothes and the gold line across the 'skirt' thingy.
Let me guess, your variant is Trance Kuja?

Trance Kuja is a possibility, however there was a release of DLC for dissidia 012 Of his Treno Gentleman's outfit which i was considering. Looks a little bit more involved then trance. Although the logical step would be trance though!

I will be cosplaying as Relm from FF6 Amano Art version It'll be at Kitacon though I'm unsure what day it will be yet though it will be whichever day ElegantAura will be cosplaying

To Manticore:
It probably all depends upon who's coming I'm sure, but I watched a video on the October 2011 Masquerade and saw that the Round Up did those huge FF I - VI and VII - XII groups. If you get the right people, do you think you'll be doing other Round Up group masquerades in future expos?

Ahh yes, I didn't think of the DLCs! Looks like a good challenge, and I agree it's practically the same challenges as ordinary Kuja!

Should be the case again, I want to try my hand again at some of the Dissidia Groups and much of that was managed between Me, Sketch McDraw and Ralaxcelm (and JenovaBoi/bewarethenight)

But if I'm not there, itll be someone else's management and prerogative to get a group going. I'll try my best to head the big shoot as much as I can but interns of me and active involvement: unless I haw a Dissidia Cosplay for October- it might not happen. I'd like to help out but I can directly put my all into the effort of managing it if I'm not part of it as a Cosplay
