Heya everyone.
For the next expo in May I'm really hoping I can make my own costume and I would love to go as Eruka Frog from Soul Eater.

The problem is I have no idea where to start. One of the main problems is that I'm not sure if I should sew or paint the white polka dots on her dress.

If anyone could help me out, that would be great!

painting saves time, and its hard to cut a perfect circle out of fabric (at least for me)
I would just get some fabric paint.
As for to start with your cosplay, I usualy do the base of the costume first, then the little things.
