i was trying to tell by the voice but im stuck with the english dub [cant find it in jap with english subs] and well... it sounds kinda manish but could be a womans?!

Actually, the female equivalent of "Sir" is "Dame" - "Lady" is the female equivalent of "Lord".

I gather it's never been explained why she uses "Sir" rather than "Dame", but Integra's such a hardass I can easily imagine her just adopting the masculine title because she prefers it.

Yeah, an explanation was never really given as to why Integra uses the title 'sir'

You get plenty of theories, no real answer though.

Another theory ive seen is that the title actually comes from her father, in which case would make her a baronetess (See Baronet) which is apparently a rare heritage to recieve.

Ah, who knows though...

I'm assuming it's because the head of Hellsing is traditionally male, she's a very traditional person - despite having a pet vampire.

Besides, Tak, in my opinion the English dubs are far more entertaining that the Japanese with subs. The voices are such LOLS.
I love it when Americans try to do british accents.
