Hey guys
Just made this because its coming up to Halloween, last year I carved two pumpkins, and rather enjoyed it and was just wondering what 2 to do this year so I wanted to ask anyone for ideas These pumpkins are only small, so can't exactly do huge things

I'd love to try my hand at this type of thing but pumpkins are messy and me and mess don't go well together. It tends to breed more mess. xD

And I've seen one of a pumpkin being sick from binge drinking (going by the empty beer on the steps next to it)

Me and my boyfriend are apparently going to carve pumpkins this year, he got all excited after I showed him some cool pumpkin carvings so now we're carving some together =P I'm guessing as he's creative and good with his hands he has some design planned whilst I'm neither (and I'm trying to become a chef XD) so I need some inspiration too =3

One year I was going to do the ghostbusters longo, but I got bored and me and my flat mate dropped it out of a first story window!

I love Halloween a lot, and there are so much fun. Well, it's a little sick as all are zombies or vampires for years. I'm also going to do some pumpkin stuffs. The above one shared by OP is really nice. Oh, wait, noticed some cool pumpkin items somewhere the other day. http://www.shopsimple.com/ks-halloween-pumpkin.html Noticed these pumpkin items first on Google when I searched for Halloween stuffs, but then found all items from china. sigh... Anyway, some items are truly amazing and I got some hints.

Everyone carves a face, but if you're really handy with a carving knife you might consider something different. Like doing it in the shape of a cauldron, with a ladle in it and maybe some occult symbols (pentagram or such). Or do a pastiche of different things all showing through the holes carved in the pumpkin.

That idea reminds me of a little cottage one of my friends made in college. There are also trees, flowers and animals. Actually, it's really a complex. Of course she won that competition.But I can't find the picture now.
