Getting on with planning my Luxray fursuit, so excited! Going to probably make my paws first while waiting on foam and such, also gonna set up my own little "fursuit fund" so i can afford to make this blasted thing xD Any other fursuiters out there?

i'm not a fursuiter... yet. but there is a costume i'm planning which will require a fur-suit, so one day i'll join the ranks, so to speal XP

furries are...how to explain..

it's a fandom devoted to anthropomorphic animal characters. A big misconception is that it's a weird fetish. While some furries do participate in "yiffing" and naughty things involving fursuits and the artwork and such, there are levels of this, like some people in the anime community are into hardcore hentai etc.

Some people feel that they are more akin to an animal than a human, with some people living in their fursuits, but these are quite rare.

I know i've missed a lot of info, but 'cus im not a furry, i cant really explain it well enough.

One of the nicest people i know is a furry, he's just more rambunctious than usual, it's actuially like having a big puppy xD

I understand exactly where you are coming from. I'm a cosplayer who has been known to make fursuits, but that's as far as it goes.

I'm tempted to make something from the Lion King next, probably Scar. I don't cosplay enought bad guys.

Have you done much foam carving? I gave myself hideous blisters carving Sora's paws! Still, no cosplay without pain, eh!

had to do LOADS of foam carving for the ixion head. My hands! they burned!! *cry*

and oooh a scar costume, the mane would be so fun to style! and you'd be able to have a big sneer on the head
