ok soon im going to post a picture of a... idea i had to make the fully working seccond form of Zabimaru, renji's blade from bleach...

what i mean by fulluy working is...

the blade itself WILL be able to seperate into segments and have the ability to move around!!!!

lol and i dont mean things like... putting chains or elastic there... STAPLES have influenced me in creating a series of joints, pivots and pullys small enough to restrict the movement between the segments allowing the segments to move in a set pattern but freely...

i still have one slight flaw though, and i will need your help and ideas to pull this through...

the segments will be able to move backwards and forewards freely, even have the ability to curve on themselfs, BUT i think (i havent made a prototype yet) that it will have problems staying stable going from side to side....

BTW!!! this is just showing the stuff inside, the outside will probably be cloth thats been painted to look like the actual thing

im actualy gonna use this page to post random ideas i have on how to make renji's blade moveable.... cause i think ive jsut come up with a new idea xD



btw before u say summit like "puttin in a wooden pole onto a pivot.... i will only make ideas that can be made to be cmpact so that it can be both whip like zabimaru and conected zabimaru

one idea i had was to use blocks glued together, each with strips cut out of them, then having pivots put into the centre of the groves and metal rods slid into the pivots... (this might confuse you but i can see it in my head lol)

i got bored so i went to my guarage and found some wood so im attempting to make the zangetsu blade bankai form over the weekend with crappy wood and only half my normal tools (dads lent them lol)
