I heard about that game ages ago and it did interest me, I take it you'd say it was worth getting? I remember I didn't hear anything about the game after it was released I kinda assumed it fell flat on it's face...

Completed Assassin's Creed 2 in two weeks, got started on Brotherhood last week. Loving it!

I should really pick up Halo:CEA again, that was fun too!

The company that made it...sort of went bankrupt as they charged like £40 for it...But it's now F2P and runs itself off of microtransactions (buying ingame shizzle)...Thankfully, you can play the game to the fullest without so much as having to spend a penny, but it does help, I hear (not done it myself). It's freaking awesome. If you DO decide to start it up, roll Enforcer (cop) on Patriot (EU2) :3 That's the one I'm on.

I've been playing Tales of Vesperia again.

Playing Mirrors Edge.

I hate it so much... She does not catch hold of ledges at all, just falls to her death, and the controls are dodgy.

Christ, I'm so angry now because of it.

In all honesty though, other than that I actually really enjoyed the game. XD I loved the visual style, setting and martial arts action. :O

The amount of times I've yelled at her to catch herself! She's a fraction of a degree short and she's like "naaaah, I wont catch the ledge I'll just die" and it makes me really rage.

Other than that, it's quite fun.

Fallout 3 , Fallout 2 and Fallout : New Vegas

I need to get Fallout 3 on the PC as I wanna start screen shotting and stuff

I seem to be having a pretty annoying disappointing patch with a lot of my games I'm playing. First off I got the new Tom Clancy game not too long ago, Future Soldier if you've seen in advertised. The game itself is great, the gameplay is really smooth, it involves strategic thinking and good challenges. But it really just felt like after you had completed the campaign mode there was just nothing to really do... The multiplayer matchmaking didn't really interest me and so the only other mode was Guerilla mode (Which should really be called survival mode.) and it's just really different to playing the game normally, in campaign you have to use stealth and tactics to complete the objectives, Guerilla mode is basically kill 5 guys with stealth then spend the next 20 minutes shooting anyone and everyone while staying in the most exposed, open area in the whole level. Just wasn't as fun.

THEN there was Dark Souls, which isn't a new game I know. But I bought Dragon's Dogma, which I really am enjoying at the moment but couldn't help but crave multiplayer for it. So I heard Darksouls had co-op in it, what I didn't realise is that the co-op in Darksouls is completely random. There is no custom or private matchmaking whatsoever it's almost impossible to play with a specific person you're looking for, and even when you do the actual co-op is VERY temporary. The session ends when either the boss of the area dies or either or the players die. (And dying in that game is VERY easy.) It was a fairly good game, but it was honest to god one of the most frustratingly hard games I've played in a long time. You can't choose when to save your game there are only these specific checkpoints or campsites you can rest at, and they're really few and far between. Not only that, resting at one actually revives all of the enemies in the area, all of them. The bit I got up to there was a checkpoint at the beginning of a level, you have to go through the whole level fighting pretty tough enemies, then there's a boss. A pretty hard one. It probably wouldn't be too much of an issue if you could prepare beforehand, but by the time you fight through everyone you've used up about half your health items, or he can just decide to knock you off a cliff edge and kill you in one hit.

Urgh, I swear I never normally but I actually ragequit the game after dying the umpteenth time and realising I can't even play with my brother when I want to. URGH.

We finally got a copy of Diablo 3 =D I play as a male barbarian because I'm cool =P

My Brother Rented SIlent Hill: Downpour for a couple of weeks about 6 days ago, and I thought that maybe I woud be brave enough to give it a try! So I did and it was a MAJOR disapointment!

I completed it yesterday (Got the 'Truth and Justice ending' )
And tbh, it was a pretty naf ending, seemed lazy in my opinion >.<

The monsters werent even scary, and I dont like that they have added a whole new part to the town (And I find it kind of weird that a small resort town like that even has the enormous prison that it does o.O)

The story was Okay... The music was okay... the atmosphere was a little creepy from time to time and there were a couple of cheap scares.

Okay it wasnt THAT bad but it didnt seem like Silent Hill at all.

(Ive not played the other games but I have watched the 'Let's Play' videos for SH1, SH2, SH3 & SH4.... SH3 was the best IMO, too creepy to play just yet though xD)

So yeah... Im so glad he rented it and not bought it, I dont think we will play it again xP

I feel for you sadly it just gets worse when your doing the speedruns and that one miss even if it isnt a fall to the death loses the chapter for you

Yeah, gotta agree with you. Homecoming and Downpour have both got nothing on the originals!

I've played through just about every Silent Hill game myself, in terms of storyline number 2 was my favourite. In terms of scariness? Definitely number 3.

But yeah, it was pretty annoying especially as they said it was going to be a lot more like the originals. It was still way too combat-based, lacking puzzles and the overall atmosphere wasn't anywhere near as tense.

To this day, if I play Silent Hill 3 there are parts where I will just try and rush through just because staying in one room too long will result in my heart exploding. O.o

Tales of the Abyss
Been playing it for quiet a while now on my 2nd play-through...

Yeah they have really let them selves down which is a shame... maybe they have just ran out of idea's? DX

SH2 was pretty good, I just love James' urges to fearlessly jump down random holes xD

But yeah SH3 is... Well... It still prays on my mind now xD
I will NEVER play it alone... or past 9pm... or ever at all xDD

Nah, I wanna play it myself sometime, Im just too much of a whimp to even consider it atm ^^;

GTA Liberty Cities, I'm not really rushing to finish the game, I wanna take my time with it. The graphics are fine, but I really want to play a zombie game in the psp...
