I'm also suffering the non-updateyness of the membership card

Design-wise I'd be happier if the site scaled up horizontally more, as is it looks to fit 800x600 and on mine (1600x1200) the whole site kind of sits in a column in the middle Fine for the most part but the forum, being filled with text, feels kinda squished.

On the same note, large images or long URLs with no breaks appear to push the forum borders out of whack.

If the friends list could sort by most-recently-updated-something that would be awesome.

Ideally I'd love to see a dA style overview where it just lists everything that's happened on your watch list - ie if a friend adds 3 costumes, an entry for each shows up on your friends page.. but that's a country mile's more work.


Main idea I had lately was allowing/moderating links on events' pages to related photo galleries after they've happened. Going along the lines of the logic of if I'm taking photos of people, handing out CI cards, and can say "Go there and there'll be links to find these photos of you" it would rock.

Plus it would make a much less stressful task of finding photos than trawling forum threads which will get cleansed in a couple of months anyway..

Whether it would be worth allowing a collection of every link anyone can find, or limiting it to selected sources (ie a flickr tag URL, or an official photographer's gallery) I dunno though.

Yes yes, we know the membership card just doesn't want to play! It's in denial...

Design wise we're still debating a few things, but we're focusing on content mostly for the next update Despite that, all feedback is taken on-board, of course!

The friends list points you brought up are actually being dealt with at the moment, but you'll have to wait and see as to whats been done with it Hopefully you'll be pleased!

The idea to store links to external galleries of convention photos is something we hadn't actually considered! It does sound useful, and would actually mean that people could find the galleries even after the event specific forum had closed. This has been added to the list of things to definately consider implementing

The next update is planned within the next two weeks, hopefully with the bugs already mentioned fixed, and a few new features.
