Anywayy..

My names Amy and I'm from So'ton. Been interested in Anime and Manga for the last few years but haven't the moneys or freedom to go various expos and cosplay and stuff.

I have a pretty eclectic taste in everything (music, manga etc.) - but in regards to manga it can be from shoujo (Kimi no Todoke) to historical (Otoyomegatari), sci-fi (ST&RS) to Idol/TV sorts (Skip Beat) and shounen (KHR).
But my favourite mangas/ animes so far are Kaichou wa Maid-sama and Skip Beat.

Uhhh.. that's about it I think ^^;

I did go to one recon at Waterstones in Southampton in January last year and will be going to another one in September but hopefully cosplaying this time (if my costume actually arrives!). I'm also hoping to go to the London Expo in October x]

Anyway, I think a friend of mine went to that waterstones gig in cosplay. He was the only one with a full length (replica!) katana.

It's a pity he doesn't live in southampton anymore as I'm finding more friends down there.

Y'ever need a hand with something always ask. Lookin' forward to seeing what you can bring. Do you have any events to go to planned this year or next?

I think I might have seen pictures but I don't think I went to that one. Although I did managed to make a scene at the one I did go to by running off with my now-boyfriends Buster sword ^^; I ended up being chasing by about 3 people x]

Uh should be going to Waterstones Recon again on the 14th September 8D Finally and for the time first cosplaying. Didn't realise how embarrassed I'd get until my sister-in-law walked in the front door earlier to find me in full cosplay ^^;
Hopefully I'll also be going to the London Expo in October. Again, another first time x3
Don't know about next year yet tho.

Yeah. Banned from fb at the moment ^^; but I got the email through. I would go, but I only finish work at 4 and then I've gotta get home and find everything, including food and, then bus into town so I won't make it >< I'll probably get in as soon as I can tho.

Awww no, that's a shame!

My mums dropping me in at 5ish so it looks like i'll be getting there early after all ^^ It'll just be finding people.... then again I can't imagine that'll be too hard x]
