3 days to go, I hope you're all excited and ready to strut your stuff on our stage!

For the Masquerade rehearsals please make your way to the Main Hall (Sovereign Room) at 2.30pm on Saturday. Once everyone has arrived, or 3pm, whichever is the sooner, then we will run through the safety talk and let you know what order you will be cosplaying, where to sit etc.

It is very important that you attend this - if you are not in the Main Hall by 3pm, we cannot let you take place in the Masquerade!

So if our photo shoot is at 1:30? that gives us an hour and then we go to the main hall? xx is an hour long enough?

if its not surely we can meet up again after the masquerade?

We deffo could! however me and my friends usually get changed into our evening cosplays then so we have a good few hours in them. I dont mind meeting up earlier. I'm easy

1.30 saturday sounds good to me.
Where abouts we meeting? Front area near the Costa (near the small bar) area? Then we can all wander aout to the back doors.

never been before so i have no idea of any layout, a chandelier in the lobby sounds the easiest to find

I'll be going Amecon but sadly I'm not taking any Dragon Age cosplay.

I'm sure there will be some DA people about though.
