I'm looking forward to Expo again and I'll be rewearing my AC Yuffie costume. Can't wait to cosplay her again actually, even if I haven't made the shuriken yet! She's such a fun character. ^_^ *Might* rewear another costume, but I'm not sure which. At the moment it's just Yuffie. |

On the Saturday evening at Cafe Manga (on the Southbank of the Thames by the London Eye) there is Jpop GO for all your jpop needs. http://www.jpopgo.co.uk/ And on the Sunday evening at Bar Monsta (in Camden, opposite the tube station) there is Jet Rock for jrock and visual kei and some live bands performing! http://www.myspace.com/jetrocknight PLEASE COME ALONG! |

How did everybody find it? Have a good time? People like your costume? Get some good photos? Enjoy the masquerade?! Who was your favourite cosplayer? (apart from me of course) Tell all! |

I saw the masquerade on saturday (something I've never managed before) The disney group really was good, even though I wasn't expecting them... people had been telling me there were disney characters around for a while before the masquerade but I kept missing them. Definitely looking forward to next May oh and: My Pics |

Although now im having expo blues well i got them as soon as i set foot on the coach back to bristol... Theres not another Con till Feb Now But still thats plenty of time to get our costumes ready and if anyone fancies a cos supplies trip around Bristol i will happily go round with anyone and help them out and heck theres free diggs if you need somewhere to stay XD I had tonnes of photos taken at expo but cant find any anywhere High points of the weekend were meeting all my friends and having the chance to chat with some of the people on here even if only briefly and seeing a lot of stunning cosplays and of course some really nostalgic ones too I had an interview as well i don't know if it will make to the forums as my cos failed in an epic way but it will make some funny watching if it does lol... I had such a good time at Expo though, I only wish it had been a longer weekend with more time to see everyone. There were several people who I didn't get the chance to catch up with properly! That said, I had a fantastic time rewearing Yuffie (despite lack of Shuriken: thanks for the tips MangaChild, I'll bear them in mind for next time!!) and seeing everyone else's incredible costumes. MangaChild, you say there's not another convention until February now - does that mean that you and Amber are in fact going to Minamicon despite what I've heard to the contrary? If you are then it will be fantastic indeed to see you both!! |

Congratulations to all the winners and masquerade entrants! There were too many awesome costumes to count this year! :O I am already planning on buying a load of new tools ready for Minami. I should hopefully be picking up a male tailors dummy, some power tools and a foam head for wig styling! |
