Turned a tennis ball into a Pokéball.

Corks for Cloud Strife's bracer.

I just recently used coin tubs from an arcade for some vambraces. xD

And my boyfriend turned a knee pad into a vambrace for our Army of Two cosplay.

I used a plant pot to make Shiro's neckbrace 8D (if that's not resourceful I don't know what is :'D)

I love this, it really made me smile!

I used wire from a couple of old ringbound notebooks to make corset boning. Cardboard tubes from inside a kitchen roll to make wrist guards. And a single gold loop earing I found became an anklet for my sister's Sakura cosplay.

I also went to a uni party dressed in a costume made from plastic bags, an old umbrella, some old cans and a coffee cups and who knows what else (oh, I think the cape was crisp packets...)

Not really cosplay but it was a lota fun (and so much cheaper!)

I'd really love to have a go at making clothing using only ducttape...I saw it done a long time ago and it's always been an odd dream of mine... *is a strange person*

I've always wanted to make duct tape clothing too, you're not strange! xD But after using duct tape chest binding I realised how warm and stuffy it would be to wear a whole item of clothing made of it and changed my mind about ever attempting it ^^;

It's such a shame it's uncomfy. My plastic bag costume was warm so I always thought it would be uncomfy.

I may try it for another Uni party sometime. At least if it's in my hall it's no big deal to go to my room and get changed....

Also the white long bits on my Beat costume are ASDA foam swordblades with polar fleece wrapped around them XD

I used a coathanger for a piece of a belt... (Jack's, for those who might be interested.)

I used a toy dog for my riza hawkeye cosplay
the dog was supposed to be black hayate (the black and white dog)

but mine was a grey and white huskey XD

Haha! Well, if you look in my gallery you'll see my Abel Nightroad cosplay and the wig is massively tall and pointy. It has a wire coathanger in there as part of the frame to hold it upright ^_^'

Oh, like that! For a moment, I thought you cut several coathangers to pieces and made a metal wig :S

Weirdest things I used for cosplay? A blue and white hula hoop and bamboo sticks for my Floral Fallal Yuna XDD
