My friend is planning on cosplaying Panty from PSG (Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt).

The cosplay looks fairly simple, but the dress is proving to be a problem. My friend would prefer not to make the dress. However, looking for one similar online has been so far unsucessful.
Its not really worth paying £50 for a replica on eBay.

Has anyone a site where you can buy one for a decent price? Or one that looks similar enough? She doesn't mind having to edit it, but would prefer not too.
She is also open to commissions or anyone who wants to sell their cosplay to her.
Any ideas are welcome, thank you~

Just use eBay and type short red dress, I just did it and found a few

If not get a white one that looks like it and dye it Simples

We tried ebay. We got quite a few dresses but were still wondering is anyone had anything better.
