hey im looking for somewhere that i can either buy a school uniform like the ones in bleach or a pattern and the type of material i would need to make it...never made anything before please help

There's no clean cut pattern piece like theres. However, there are pattern pieces you can alter. All you'd need is a jacket with a mandarin style collar pattern.

Material wise... I recommend going into a fabric shop and looking around. You can then get an idea on prices. If you then ask what the material is, you can then get it online, which is usually cheaper (note: USUALLY, not always). You should be able to find gray trousers.
