Should I dye my hair black to go with my Frank West costume or not?
I can't decide whether I should do it or not.I mean I would only be at a cosplay event for one day,but I want to look like Frank not like chuck greene in franks outfit with my blonde hair.So would it be a good idea for me to dye my hair black and not in flamboient way.

Definitely do what you can to get dark hair, the hair's a huge part of any cosplay!

If you don't want it to be a permanent thing, don't worry, there are plenty of semi-permanent dyes around, they come out in a few washes!

Be careful with dying your hair though. I always worry about using any form of hair dye on my hair, as its natural blonde and I know using hair dye on it could result in it not returning back to its an original colour. I dunno if its the same with semi-perminant, but I'm exeremly causious with my hair. (saw you saying you had blonde hair in your original post)

There is spray in, wash out stuff for a single day use which I found even on my long hair works well in covering. And its easy to wash out, even on skin/surfaces. Its a bit less of a perminant thing if you wanted it to last only one day only.

Hmmm. Thanks for the info.I'll look into that.I may try the semi-permanant stuff first, just to make sure I don't have a bad reaction from it or something.I will look into that spray though. Thanks

I wouldn't suggest the coloured hairsspray stuff. It can look very messy and not even and such. I would recomend semi-pemanent hair dye. Look out for brands such as stargazer, manic panic and directions over the internet. I am lucky that they sell stargazer products where I live and it costs £4.50 for a bottle which isn't that bad but you can find then cheaper in other places. They do not damage your hair because they are all colour conditioning rinses. As you are blonde already, then it should come out very bright! but it all depends on how blonde you are. I am nearly white blonde and I dye my hair this really bright pink colour sometimes and it is proper bright! xD also they come out very quickly if you wash it all the time I guess in about 4 or 5 washes for me anyway

Thanks for this info.I'm what they call a dirty blonde colour.Just got some dye anyway.Just doing a test to make sure I don't have a allergic effect from it.
