But your right it would be a 3/4 circle skirt instead, which might actually look better as there really isn't much gathering on the toy. Which confuses me a bit as its got a breeze blowing up into it.

I've been looking at 3/4 circle skirts on google images and it doesn't look much different at all. I haven't made things this way before so I automatically presumed if I didn't do it the way I was originally told it wouldn't work.
