Hey guys. I'm planning on cosplaying as Gokudera: Version Vongola Gear for October EXPO. For those who dont know what it looks like:

Anyway, I'm really stuck on how to mke the armour on the arm and feet, as well as the buckles for buckles for the bandoliers and the leg holsters. I'm also a little stuck on how to make the buckle as well, so any help there would be appreciated. Here are some detailed shots of those pieces:
