Where did your username come from?
Looking around this site I've seen loads of really interesting usernames! So where did yours come from?

Mine is BabemRoze (duh) and pronounced "babum-roze" - It came from when I was around 14. I had a large group of friends and there were a few Emma's but coz I was the youngest people called me Baby Emma. Which then got shortened to Babem and when I made a username I added my favourite flower...but spelt it with a Z coz I'm cool like that BD

and ever since it's stuck!

What about you guys?

My username is Ralaxcelm.

How I got to use this one was fairly easy. Since I'm a big Kingdom Hearts fan I made my own Nobody OC and scrambled the letters from my name with a extra X to it.

Mine is my name in my Cosplay group. It originated because we at Crap Rocket Productions were supposed to be named after pokemon games and characters and Red was supposed to be the strongest trainer so yeah of course then purple came along >_<
But yeah, i'm named after my group and the strongest trainer.

Mine originates from my nickname. Since there were 2 Emma's in our group, I became known as Emu. Not long after I went through an emo phase, so people started calling me the emo emu and the name's just stuck! xD

I chose mine because cosplay is about taking on different identities, Alias was already taken on cosplay.com so I added the rest.

PArt of it is part of my real name, part of it was added in there because my real name was taken way back in the day. Then sjbonnar became kinda known among Yu-Gi-Oh players when I used to do that, then it just stuck!

My username was literally a name i made up, when I first got myspace when i was 13 - people had made names up for themselves, and i wanted to do the same. Athora popped into my head and that's the name I've had ever since.
Then when i got dA aages ago and had a different username; TamurilMinyatur (during my LOTR obsession, dont ask xD) Then when i got loooads of spam on that account so i closed it and made a new one, but Athora was already taken! (noooooo!) and that's where Athora-x came from
but on CI i mucked up my email address on here so i had to make a new one; Athora.x !!!
So there, the story of my username xD Now most people just call me Athora - it's great because i don't usually like giving out my real name.

I love Dragons and I always loved Bahamut from the Final Fantasy games in particular XD I was known as just "Bahamut" for quite a long time in my younger days, untill one day (when my regular forum had to move and we all had to re-register) I added the "Lady" part onto the front to indicate I was a girl and not a boy XD

And thus, I have been "Lady Bahamut" ever since

Dr. Harleen Francis Quinzel...Harley Quinn without the spandex.

My MSN screen name was Quinzel when I signed up here and a couple of my friends had started opening convo windows with "Hey, Quinzel!". So I guess it seemed like the most appropriate username .
I think I used Quinzel for my MSN s/n because she's a blonde psychologist...I'm blonde and was hoping to be a psychologist one day. I also have the tendency to be a little crazy sometimes, but she's got me beat on that one .

My name is Jae. It is *not* my first name, it's a mantle of some sorts.

The eldest male in the generation gets the name "Jae" and is raised to be the alpha male type figure to look after his many brothers and sisters (mostly cousins). He is a role model and symbol of tenacious strength and bundles of care, a big brother.

My surname is "Singh" which translates to "Lion". Jae Singh literally means "The Lion" or "That Lion". However thats the literal translation word for word. The meaning is "Great Lion" or again "The Lion" depending on how it's said.

My family were lucky in that I took to it really well. It doesn't always work out like this. A relative of mine is also Jae, yet he flaunts and abuses the respect that the name gets.

The only people who call me by my first name are colleagues at work and officials such as teachers etc. Occasionally someone at the Temple will call me by my first name but it's frowned upon unless they are family. The only person who always called me by my first name was my grandfather. I was very close to my grandfather before he passed away 2 years ago. He raised me to be strong and to look after everyone. He called me Jae once, a few months before he passed away, telling me I'd earned it. I remember it clearly because the cousins who were like 4-5 at the time were asked what they wanted to be when they grew up and they said they wanted to be a like me, a Jae. He was quite proud of me.

The "XD" part is where it gets stupid. I was a big fan of Homestar runner and in one of the April fool's videos, the site has "broken". Stinkoman, who is the japanese anime equivalent of StrongBad keeps saying "20XD6!" My username went from Jae20XD6 to JaeXD6 to JaeXD.

Mine just comes from the nickname some of my friends gave to me. The "Kawaii" part because they all seem to think I'm very cute XD and the "princess" part is an old in-joke

My username refers to Toro the Sony Cat.
He's the mascot for Sony in Japan, but almost like a mascot for me too and I use him to represent me in some cases.

I really love Toro! ^^
