I live in North Wales and none of my friends are even vaguely interested, wondering if there were any groups that anyone knows of?

It's a lonely world out here.

I don't know any groups, but Froggycompany is in Prestatyn and Barryburton93 is somewhere near there too. I go down to Wales pretty frequently too (since Froggycompany is my boyfriend and I visit him quite a lot)

I did do a bit of googling, but the two or so results seemed to be 'if your costume is not the most wonderful costume ever you can go die in a hole'.

If you're in Harwarden, you're barely any distance from the Wirral! I know there's a lot of Wirral cosplayers (I'm one of them) and there's a bunch over in http://www.cosplayisland.co.uk/forum?&c=showthread&ThreadID=4963 this thread. Might be easier to meet up with/form groups with some of them (:
