Is This Possible... O.o
I'm a Soul Calibur nut, and I was considering cosplaying as my favourite character... Yun-seong.
Trouble is, he's a cocky, buff MAN who doesn't wear a shirt XD.

I guess if I wore something like a bikini top or something, I'd be able to pull it off, right?

Check it out:

I'd love to do this sometime - perhaps not right away - my mom might look at it and think 'what the hell, you'll look like a tart'...

...I don't want to look tarty, I just want to cosplay as Yun! ;O; Also... If I made this my first cosplay I reckon I might struggle; I'd have to make almost everything from scratch, right? I don't even know if we have a sewing machine anymore XD.

Opinions please .

*Edit* Hahaha, you can make his shoes on the Timberland website... If you have the money. I checked the price and custom Timberlands are about £150 XD~

Perhaps you could do a variation of his costume, Soul Calibur offers a lot for customisation; also I found this pic:

He is definitly wearing a top yeah?

Perhaps something like this?
Also, we are playing SC4 right now xD

He likes to show off his chest though, right?
His shirts are normally open.

There's a tutorial on cosplay.com for open-shirt binding which hides your chest and allows you to cosplay with your shirt open.

But im not sure that you'd be able to pull off a topless cosplay without either being asked to pose for Nuts, or beng arrested for indecent exposure XD

You can get flesh coloured binders, a bikini top might look a little too girly maybe.

The great thing about SC is it does have a lot of customisations which means if your not really really ripped then you can go for something a little more modest but still awesome.

I've actually come up with a concept.
Rather than having a necklace with the top separate I could combine the two, making the top look like it's supposed to be there. I'll post a picture tomorrow when I get it done.
