Looking for someone to make cat ears and tail
I don't have pictures on me, but I belive I can describe what I want for starters, then try and draw roughly what I want.

I want some cat ears to fit over my own. Think Aeisha Clan-Clan from outlaw star.

The tail is just like a Lion's. A nice bushy effect at the end.

Please don't waste my time if you're not sure you can make it. Unless you know you can, please don't reply as I had this issue last year.

Also, I need these for Ayacon this year

Pretty positive I could make a certain version of these.

I'mma gonna tell you my scheme for the ears, cause then you can poo-poo it if you don't like it.

I plan to go down the "chii ears" route. Which means putting two foam cat ears on a headband. Unlike Chii's ears though, I can make them more like Aisha's ears, of course.

Tail... I could make it but I'll need more information about what costume you're doing so I can do a good attach method.

EDIT: And I'll have to look up materials and P+P before I give you a price. I want to know it that's okay first though.

Hmm, on a headband? Isn't that going to be visible? Although I'm wearing a hat too plus wig , it'll be okay right?

Here's the costume design:

I was thinking of the ears to be mainly red, as with the tail (with the fluff on ears and tail to be green)

Headband I plan to use will be clear, so there may be some shine in places but not much. Also, the hat should hide a lot of it anyway.

You said about green fluff on the ears? If on the outside,it wouldn't really work all too well. The best thing for ears is to stick to one colour but two different shades (ie, dark red outside, pinky inside). Unless you want the fluff to be where the "entrance" to the ear is. even then, not sure how that would look like.

Now materials/textures. I could do them out of a velvet material, so that they're textural. Or a fleece, which would be cheaper. The inner ear I'm going to make it "fleshy" (basically, I'm gonna seal the craft foam and paint it). Basically, my ear plan fabric wise is similar to a cat's, with very soft short hair on the outer, and none on the inside. The tail material will be the same as the outer ear.

Also, do you want to red to match the wig colour? If you already have the wig, then as clear of a photo you can get of it would be helpful. Or I can do it to the red of hair in the image you sent me.

Hmm, well I'm not the best drawer in the world, but I'm sure I could sketch some ears from a source and do some colouring. THen we could see which is preferable?

I barely know much about materials. But fleece sounds a good natural look for them.

I haven't got the wig, but I plan it to be blood red shade. I hope it'll still look good ^^

Apoligies for the long reply, I'll try and get to it immediatly with those ear doodles

I can do it if you want. I can do a quick edit over Aisha's ears.

With the fluffy bit, it could be forgotten with the ears; not a lot of animals have a colour mix on their ears anyway.

Blood red could be an issue in fleece. For pretty much the same price, I can use velour (which is the fake version of velvet). It's also pretty good as it has several shades in it, thus it'll match more wig colours ;p

I need to go into my fabric shop too look at the cost of the fluff, but for the ears (minus fluff) it'll be £20 (that pays for craft foam, fabric, clear head band and some materials - glue sticks and paint usage).

The tail is a gestimation, but I'd say about £12 should cover it. I'll need to check that though.

Well I'll rely on your to make the best judgement for the material on ears.

The edit over Aiesha's ears is a good idea =)

I did do a green fluff version, but it didn't look that good. The lighter colour, I was thinking with craft foam, sealed, and painted. And I'll try to do a ear design in it, but it's more likely I'll paint it in.
