My bf wants to cosplay Hellboy, but the comic book version. As that torso is pretty unattainable in the gym, we thought we'd make or buy a muscle chest.

Any ideas if I could sew one from lycra and foam, or where to buy a plain red one? Or how we could spray or dye a Hulk one to red?

Mangachild's got a nice tutorial on his Vegeta costume. I think you'll get get a better look out of carving one from furniture foam and covering it with latex, than trying to dye a premade one.
