Georgi Joined: 09 Jul 2008 Posts: 97 | I've just booked the holidays off work and am meeting up with my bezzie to discuss hotels and trains! If all goes well then we will be Kaname and Zero from Vampire Knight on the Saturday and ball and Zidane and Dagger from FFIX! I'm rather excited about doing a cosplay someone will actually recognise! I went in May as Re-L Mayer from Ergo Proxy and Kagehisa Anotsu from Blade of the Immortal and only 1 person recognised me on each day! Suppose I wasn't going to get as much attention as all those naruto, bleach and Final Fantasy cosplayers! Well, you know what those faceless people of infinite wisdom say; if you can't beat them, you bloody join 'em! __________________ I'm not anti-social, I just appreciate silence |

In Oct I'm going as Hamlet from Manga Shakespeare on Saturday then Sunday I'm going as Sakura from Tsubasa in her Halloween artbook outfit to walk around in then get changed into Rusty I mean, Steiner from Final Fantasy IX for the masquerade [I would love to walk around the whole day as Steiner but it's too hard to walk around in... and I'm physically unable to shop around because I'd feel bad getting in people's way ^_^; |

Haha, the funny thing is that I was at the May Expo wearing my Ririn (Bleach) costume and had all of one person say they recognised me. I guess no-one likes that filler arc XD I'll probably be at the October Expo, no firm cosplay plans just yet though. I would LOVE mini photoshoot with you two! ^__^ I'll probably be dressed as Steiner two hours before the masquerade because I wanna wear it more than just for the masq! XD Two hours of shopping is enough for me anyways, plus I have the whole of Saturday to buy stuff ^_^ Bwa ha ha, how about the other way around. Protect Zidane and throw hissyfits at Garnet >=D What a twist that'd be! XD |

and as Nel in her espada outfit during the day for the saturday and then for masquerade changing into Suu from Clover, mainly having to change into my Suu from clover as her wings are too huge to wear round the stalls without them getting broken >.< |

I'm going as Riku from KHII as its the only costume I have on such short notice but I am really excited about it because I'm going to be doing it loads better than I did in May. I won't be going with friends (i have none who like to cosplay) but I'll be with family. However, if you spot a Riku it might be me so don't be afraid to say hi! I like to meet new people!
