lol Knowing me I'll be going up to Mark Sheppard dressed as Ariel, and if my boyfriend really wants to meet Christopher Lloyd, then I'd probably end up going up to him as Ariel in mermaid form XD!!! YIKES!

So if i can have the bottle to do that, you can go up to your fav actor dressed as him

I've done that and its fine. Most actors love it and think its great. I still love some of the reactions I have gotten in the past. It can be quite funny too. I have met other actors in various random costumes.

Still think one of the best was Dominic M from Lord Of The Rings (Merry) to my Legolas costume. "give us a twirl". After I had twirled, "Orlando would be so proud".

Also, one of my brother's experiences. He and his fiancé were dressed as Sweeney Todd and Mrs Lovett. Meeting William Shatner (Kirk - Star Trek) who told them, "you guys are so cute!".

Who else is going
I will be going this year. I am going as Spiderman as I have just received my new costume. It is awesome and I wish to show it off. Thing is I have never done it before and I am a little nervous about dressing up as I am new to this cosplaying world.

Some amazing guests at this event, I'm actually in awe. I really hope to go and get together some sort of film costume. Possibly Padme from Star Wars but nothing is set in stone just yet.

I'll be going with my boyfriend and Sephirayne is sharing our room. I'm doing the Harry Potter group on Saturday and hoping to do Jace Wayland from the Mortal Instrument book series on Sunday. Is it bad I've already planned one of my costumes for next years LFACC already....

Haha, you're not alone there XD. I want to do Ishta from Stargate SG-1 next year; LFCC is the only event I think she'd fit, considering I don't think I'll ever make it to Chevron .

Thats alright then I'm thinking Twisted Kida next year, I was gonna do Altair but the weaponary alone would be too much for the three hour train journey and one hour tube journey. So gonna have to come up with something alittle more substantial and light weight.

ROOMIE!!!!!!

Don't worry, I have quite a few of my costumes planned for next year. Its good to plan ahead I think. Especially, if they are detailed costumes.

Roomie! *hugs*

Seriously happy I'm not the only one thinking ahead. Have two costumes for two cons already planned out. Kida (but she's being made for a con this year too) and Cheerio from Glee (may actually go as Quinn)

Well you know it's always better to plan ahead than to be running around clueless at the last minute .
I have a mental list of the cosplays I most want to do when this year's are done with...just need the events to put them to ^_^. I'm just so impatient lol.

Same lol I have more costumes then I have conventions. And some of the ones I go to are based on one movie or TV programme so tend to try and stick with that theme. Though cheating alittle at a Twilight one at the end of the year by taking a character from a completely different book series

I'm kinda gutted I can't go now, especially since I had my costumes all planned for once, but I've just got too many other cons planned for this year and can't find the cash to fit this one in. =(

Oh well, at least I have my three SPN cons and the Leverage one to look forward to. =)

Hope everyone has fun and looks amazing

Xx

I'm cosplaying 2 versions of Ariel over the weekend.

1) her wedding gown
2) either her mermaid form or her nightgown- all depends on money
