I'd like to be part of this but I don't know if I can actually go - I'm hopefully starting Uni then, and I'll either be in London or as far away as Edinburgh! Completely depends!

I was thinking of doing firion with my friends in a dissidia group. I have a warrior of light and a few others which you've already got down on your list. I have a possible gabranth too, but I think we'll have to wait and see ^^

I'm really excited about this now =D I've wanted to do Ultimecia for aaaaages! I've already got the shoes I'll make her feet around and such I'll probably start making it around July/August though coz I'd love to be skinnier since she's showing off her legs and stomach so much @_@

I can't think of the best way to do the patterns on her legs apart from face painting them on which might take me a while and smudge =/ anyone got any ideas? x

Hmm, you could try tattoo paper? You just use it with your printer, it's what I did for Nana's tattoo because I was worried about a hand-drawn tattoo smudging. You'd need to use several sheets, obviously, and line it up when you put it on but it could work.

If you spray hairspray (lightly) or makeup seting spray (check Urban Decay) over the drawn-on lines they shouldn't smudge.

Ultimecia will be totally epic ^_^.

I second the suggestion of tattoo transfer paper. You'll find its quite sturdy.

I will have my Bartz cosplay sorted by Ayacon, and I'd love the chance to use it again so this really interests me!

Price depends on where you get it (there are lots of places, have a Google to find the best deal). It's not much, about the same price you could get photograph paper for.

Basically, it comes as two sheets. One that you print the image onto and then an adhesive sheet that you smooth down on top of it. Then you just cut around the edge of the image, peel the backing off and stick with water like you would a transfer.
I got mine from Crafty Computer Paper. I'm not sure how it compares to others because it was the first I came across (I was in a hurry to get some, costume was last minute). It lasts really well, since it's not really like the transfers you get in the shops. I completely forgot about it until a few days after I put it on and it was still in perfect condition.

Oh, and you need a different type of paper depending on your printer: you can't use the same paper with both an inkjet and laser printer.
