Oats are great! Hobnobs are my secret for powering through lazy afternoons. Although they're not good for dieting, but for raw energy they're the best :3

I don't think I could have oats with greek yogurt, unless its some kind of flavoured yogurt. I dislike tart or sharp tastes. But that does sound like a brilliant breakfast!

I want chocolate hobnobs and tea now =[

I had porridge this morning 8D (Well, Lidl's equivalent of Oat-So-Simple anyway xD )

I think maybe my good eating is already making a difference! Maybe I'm just imagining it, but I think I've lost a certain amount of wobble! O:

I bought it. Just have 2-3 cups a day, and it really helps.
I lost half a stone already in just over a week. ^_^

If you can find that in your local supermarket, it's definitely a bargain!

I've been going to the gym all year round, not a new years resolution for me.

I'm currently following this gym plan: http://www.myfit.ca/fitnessprograms/viewprogram.asp?title=Muscle+Mass&programid=41

If you dislike the taste of the sourish greek yoghurt, have it with like... fruit compote, like... Fruit and the juices of it. It overrules the taste completely.
I lived off of yoghurt with oats and fruit for months last year.
I had like. Yoghurt and oats for breakfast, yoghurt with fruit compote for lunch (raspberry is best. <3) and then like. Normal tea. xD
I didn't expect it to be filling, but it really is
But my determination to cut out Dr Pepper from last... Wednesday? Already failed. I've had like. 4 bottles since then. xD

Does anyone know where you can get a free exercise program for weight loss? I've only got the GI diet plan one, which I shall be switching to, but nothing to do with exercise. I'm not particularly interested in muscles, just want to be slender
