I want to make my Lightning shoulder guard glow, but I'm not too sure how to go about doing so. I was thinking of using el wire, but I've never used it before plus I don't know of a reliable seller to buy it from.

The pauldron itself is being made out of craft foam (if it works, if not it'll be made from either cardboard or fimo).

Can anyone help me with how to make it glow?
Any help would be very muchly appreciated =)

glow in the dark paint painted over bright neon yellow

You could use LEDS, but you would have to fix up a lot of them to work, these are the only things I can really think of at the moment
