Did everyone have a good expo?
Personally, it was one of the best London ones I've been to in a while ^^
The atmosphere just seemed better and I met so many lovely people ^^ Including the wonderful Street-Angel who kindly let me sell hats on her stall!
Other than the trains on the saturday being awful, it was an awesome expo!
I'm worried about the art contest though as the standard was insane....

So what was London MCM Expo October 2010 like for you guys?

I had a lot of fun this expo debuting three new costumes! 8D It was awesome to see old friends and meet some new ones, and I'm seriously happy with the photoshoots I took part in.
Can't wait for next May now!

I had a lot of fun at this one, despite having to miss the Friday even though I had a weekend ticket which meant one of my cosplays didn't get to debut D:

In general, I think the atmosphere was better, and it didn't seem crazily busy as per usual either. I especially enjoyed EuroCosplay, and they seemed to have sorted out the masquerade issues from last time.

It was one of my fave Expos! I really enjoyed myself, the group shoots I had and the people were amazing and the standard of cosplays this year blew me away, especially in Eurocosplay!

The Sunday masq was epic too! (totally not just saying that cos she won a prize >w>;; ) They seem to have fixed the music issues (she says after the embarassing false start of her skit >_< and the lighting was good

As for space, there was tons of it! and they used it well this time, they didn't try and shove more stuff into it like usual! Maybe I didn't notice because I wasn't in a large cosplay, but it seemed like there was more comfortable space

Also the totally cosplay area was really useful and also I loved the smoke machine in Eurocospla - pls to be having it at normal masqs? 9w9

All in all, an awesome expo that I really enjoyed and can't wait for the next one

I did have a good time. No problems. I just wish there were better DVDs in the goodie bags.

02 Nov 2010 - 14:1343984
Great fun ^^ wish I would have actually got a goodie bag XD shame there wasnt more DC or Star Wars merch but got some good Anime, really loving megaman starforce XD and yeah costumes went great lol nice to finnaly get your own back on the 501st as a Jedi this time XD also great meeting friends after soooo long! great meeting you Steve!

I thought that Expo was great considering it was my first time going. It was kind of wierd/amusing that the first thing to happen when I was trying to join the queue was that 2 girls asked if I'd marry them. Although my costume was pretty unknown I still had 3 people recognise me (1 being P-Chan in her Klonoa costume) and had more photos taken of me trying to sleep than when I was wandering about XD

02 Nov 2010 - 16:3643996
That was probably the best MCM expo I've been to (besides my first 'cause nothing can beat your first time XD), seeing old friends, schoolmates, and making new friends was really awesome ^__^ Had lots of fun at the Soul Eater photoshoot and it wasn't raining so much :3 Plus, I got lots of yaoi manga too

It was the second one for me, and I thought it was awesome! Even though I was baking in my outfit it was totally worth it! My ONLY two wishes were that I spent longer there and got to talk to more people.

My brother didn't have much money so we only went on Saturday, and even then we went quite early T_T

Hmm..friday and saturday were good but sunday was a bit quiet. I did enjoy myself having only spent £20 all weekend on stuff lol.

Spend it with amazing friends though. Wanted to kill some of the photographers for being pervy and stuff but other than that it was good.

Now to find a hotel that isnt booked up for may.

I can't believe I forgot to mention how great it was that the Masquerade actually started and finished on time. It was miracle.

I had an awesome time, was my 2nd expo but was my first time cosplaying (went as pikachu) which was so much fun only thing was because there was only me and a mate and we didnt know anyone else there the nights weren't that great, regret not trying to meet some of you there so next may id love to meet some people

The last few Expos I've been too I didn't enjoy as much but this Expo just gone I had a really great time
I think it was cause I didn't have much stress, I had my friends, the cosplays and Eurocosplays were out of this world, and it was the first time I did proper photoshoots for other people

I didn't think I would go again in May next year but I think I will now ^_^

I know that the incredibly overworked people who organise all the events and ensure everything runs smoothly were pretty stressed out...but they deserve a massive round of applause! Like everyone else above has said, I believe that to have been one of the best MCM Expos to have taken place! The culmination of all the special events and activities combined with the improved space was brilliant. Not to mention the (as far as I'm aware!) super smooth running of everything concerned.

Supoib~! <3

Hmmm yeah, like I said before I really wanted to make some friends at MCM but I never seem to get the chance... If anyone wants to add me on facebook or MSN just let me know... I get NO cosplayers in my area so I'd love to chat!

I had a great time ^^ The CLAMP group this time was a great success and I loved the selection of games on offer to play this time XD I had some fantastic photos taken and I cannot wait untill May X3

However, I wasn't terribly impressed with the hotel I stayed at this time but that has nothing to do with the Expo itself XD

04 Nov 2010 - 23:0544146
I had a great time even if I think my saturday sucked a little, that quickly got made up for with some great new friends Sunday was awesome as well in full Cookie Monster and the amount of things I was getting involved in, conga anyone? Oh and of course meeting even more people

Edit: Someone stole my 99p halloween bone, I actually laughed my head off when I noticed it had disappeared.

I think the undergroound troublt meant that a lot of people dodn't bother coming this year, so that's why it was a lot quieter/calmer. That was a HUGE relief and really imprved the overall experience.

It may have seemed quieter but there were actually several thousand more people compared with May! The extra hall and layout changes must have worked well this time
