*raises hand* Me~ ^__^ I especially loved the Tifa vs Loz scene X3 and Reno and Rude were just so epic XD

I liked the movie but I haven't watched Advent Children Complete yet :/ One of my favourite parts of the movie was seeing Zack coz after playing Crisis Core, he beacame one of my favourite FF characters ^.^

I'm gonna put a boo hoo to this xD! I love it...but only because it's FF and the effects are just...wow!! The plot itself though is just so full of crack and magical flying ponies that I just...I didn't really understand what the point of it was x33

meh... I was actually kinda dissapointed. I won't ölie, I thought it was pretty damn cool the first time I watched it, but it has no lasting appeal to me. As a Major Final fantasy nerd (never been all that high on fF7 tho) I was told that this was gonna be like a porno for us... but all it was was just a anime movie in 3d, made to please an entirerley different fanbase.

Considering that my favourite character has about 3 lines, I was quite... well, dissapointed.

I gotta say though, the music is awesome

Oh, you meant Cid? XD huh, I wish Genesis was in that movie but Reno livened it up for me :3 the plot of the movie was alright but Cloud constantly annoyed me throughout the movie =____=

I was really disappointed.

Stunning graphics and soundtrack but I felt it kinda ruined the characters a bit.
Specially outfit wise.
I really dislike the AC outfits for the characters, specially Tifa's.
Original FFVII outfits all the way!

And what's with this 'Dilly Dally, Shilly Shally' nonesense?

Oh and the plot. Urghhh..
That just sums it all up right there.


I mean I own it on DVD as I'm a huge FF geek, specially a FFVII geek but it just let me down. =/

well basically all/most of the main characters had very few lines save for tifa, cloud and vincent (fan service trio)

I first saw this on a big screen (Uni anime Soc screening in a lecture theatre) so it was very 'Whoa!' at first, but I agree once you get past the shiny and the awesome fight sequences the plot is very lacking, like a bunch of cut scenes tenuously linked together. I thought it would be tying up some of the loose ends from the game but instead it was some random story going over this way ------> I was very disappointed.

But then I played Crisis Core, and all was well again. Now I just watch it for the 'ahhh, shiny' and try to ignore the pointlessness of it all.
