I brought mine from Ebay. lol After much research, it turned out to be the cheapest option for me. Though it depends what and when you need them for. You could also try www.jaffefeathers.co.uk

They are a uk feather company and deal in bulk orders but they are a bit pricey and require a min order of £50, this is ALOT of feathers though depending on what type you want. (Though I would have gone with them as in the long-run, its cheaper to buy this way but opted for ebay as I didn't wish to spend loads and be left with a ton of feathers I wasn't going to use.) If you just need a few then probably not the best ones to go with.

I brought most of my wing feathers from Debzzart on Ebay who sells a wide range of different feathers. They're really friendly and if you have any questions or require something specific, its always worth asking. They're quick to post, quite resonable in price and offer free/combined P&P on most feathers they sell. They also have a website too http://www.debzzart.com/

I've mainly used e-bay and hobby craft to get my feathers but I recently placed an order from this UK based site http://www.fredaldous.co.uk/shop-online/feathers.htm their prices seem okay, I placed my order on Monday so I can't report back on their delivery rate just yet.
