When i saw that this site was Uk centric i felt i had to join as so many cosplay / costume sites are US centric.
Ive been making and wearing costumes since 1997 although i have photographic evidence of wearing a Wilma Deering ( Buck Rogers) costume when i was 8!
I did once have a costume making business called darkside costumes but had to close it down due to a long term health condition.
Now i just make for myself. They take longer to make, but are worth it in the end.
my newest projects are Liara T'soni from Mass Effect and Delenn from Babylon5. I's also making more Steampunk outfits, including updating my empress costume to be more extravagant and fitting of an empress lol.
Yeah i only costume media - film, tv. games and comics. Never really been into anime, although i do love seeing some of the fantastic costumes that come from the shows!
