Help with Baraggan (Bleach)
Hey guys.

I am just at a loss as to how best to make his arm bands, belt and crown.

For the chains, I know what I am doing, but more need help with the sun disk.

My questions are, what would be the best material/substance to make these out off? I am only a poor student, so something cost effective would be more suited, but this is cosplay. Haha.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

hmm i highly reccommend you getting a glue gun for one immensely useful and quite cheap for a small one! I got mine from Paperchase for £10 and they had glue sticks too which were like £2.50. You can probs get a cheaper one online but you'd have to pay postage too and wait ages lol.

For actually making the bracelets and crown I'd say use funky/craft foam, it's super cheap, really easy to use, keeps it's shape and you can paint it easily if it's the wrong colour You can get it at most art shops and somewhere like hobby craft would do it too, usually in A4 and A3 sheets! They also have packs of A5 sheets in loads of colours for about £3.50 which is good for small things and practising with
Something else which is really good on a tight budget is in poundland (lol i know XD) they have those foam mats for camping, they're quite big and cheap! and they do the job

After you've painted them it'd be advisable to use some sort of sealer to the paint doesn't chip. I use some stuff called Mod Podge (lol!) which I found at hobby craft and it has a nice glossy finish to it

I've only just started using craft foam myself but it's SO useful!

Also this site is insanely helpful if you get stuck. It's like tutorials galore *_*

lol awesome ^_^

Well I'm making boots and shoulder armour out of craft foam at the moment and it's working quite well, it keeps shape really well The glue gun is amazingly helpful though makes things easier ^_^
