I have to admit most of the things people have said to me are between nice and wonderful. I had one guy who shouted at me from his stall---there is always a guy in drag at these things, I raise money for muscular dystrophy dressed as wonder woman. My son -- who suffers -- favorite character. After he yelled at me , it seems he didn't sell a lot for the rest of the day. Some times a rude comment can backfire on a person.

I'm not really sure if this counts as a 'normal' person story for the May expo last year my friend and I had to get a 6am train, and there were a bunch of people at the station who looked completely trashed (Sunday morning-after-clubbing). Was wearing my AC Tifa outfit and several kept asking if I'd been 'locked in' as well, had to keep explaining that I hadn't been at the rave the previous night ^-^'

Whenever I'm heading out of my hotel room I always seem to meet baffled business men and women in the lifts. They always ask me what's going on.

A woman who was waiting for a lift once asked, "Is this to raise awareness for animal cruelty or something?" after about four furries walked past.

That is actually a good idea...

Beats the usual crap animal rights people do.
